Alleged Insolvency Linked to Deal
The FTX property alleges within the criticism that each FTX and
its sister firm Alameda Analysis “could have been bancrupt from inception,”
with balance-sheet insolvency established by early 2021. Given the alleged
insolvency, the property claims the inventory repurchase constitutes a fraudulent
transaction.
In the meantime, Zhao was launched from US custody in late
September after serving a four-month sentence. In a current interview with
Bloomberg, he
acknowledged that he’s receiving affords to promote his controlling stake in Binance.
